BAR STOOL RETURN POLICY
All bar stool sales are special orders and final sales. No
returns or refunds of bar stool products accepted unless authorized
by the Barstool Shop. If The Barstool Shop agrees to accept
a return for reason other than defect, the customer is responsible
for repackaging the merchandise in the original packing or
box and return it undamaged to The Barstool Shop. Authorized
returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the bar stool
at the time of delivery. If the event that you receive damaged
merchandise, you must make all notations on the freight bill.
If the product is nicked or scraped, please keep the product
and make the proper remarks on the freight bill. The product
will be repaired or replacement parts will be sent. Please
notify the Barstool Shop customer service immediately in the
event that there is damage.
The Barstool Shop will be responsible for repairing or replacing
any damaged merchandise.
Our goal at The Barstool Shop is to offer you the best customer
service that we would expect to receive ourselves. It is our
